moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 368
APPROVAL OF AMUSEMENT LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for an Amusement License has been received from
Stipe's Shows, Inc. in conjunction with the West Medicine Lake Community
Club carnival scheduled for July 15 to 17, 1983, in accordance with Chapter
XI, Section 1100 of the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that an Amusement License be approved for Stipe's
Shows, Inc., 1939 E. County Road F, for the period from July 15 through
July 17, 1983.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CoNncilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Magor Davenport_ Councilmembere_ Mnen« Np_lg,
