RESOLUTION NO. 83 - 367
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
WITH MOEN AND PENTTILA FOR 1983 AND 1984 AUDITING SERVICES
WHEREAS, Moen and Penttilo, Ltd., Certified Public Accountants, have capably
provided auditimig services to the City of Plymouth for several years, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to enter into an agreement for 1983 auditing services,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUT*:,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Mayor and City Manager to
enter_ an agreement dated June 27, 1983, with Moen and Penttila, Ltd., for
1983 and 1984 auditing services, and
FURTHER, the costs related to audit services shall be expended from the various
appropriate amounts in relation to the actual audit time expended.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fo owing voted
n favor t ereo :Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
