Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved ts` adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 365
APPROVING TEMPORARY ON -SALE
NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSES
WHEREAS, applications for Temporary On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor
Licenses have been received from Rick Busch on behalf of the City of
Plymouth Park and Recreation Department, 3400 Plymouth Blvd., pursuant
to Chapter III, Section 3, Plymouth Code; and
WHEREAS, said licenses are to be used in conjunction with the Park
Department sponsored softball tournaments held on July 16 and 17, August
12 to 14, and September 2 to 5; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has investigated and approved the
applications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Temporary On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor
Licenses are hereby approved for Rick Busch representing the Park and
Recreation Department for July 16-17, August 12-14, and September 2-5,
1983.

The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in avorereo :Mav�or Davenport, Councilmember Moen, Neils.
