The following members were present: r Davenport 68,500 Wnci lmembers` Moen, Neils Schneider and Threinen . The follow nq memrurs were 530,240 absent: none Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 362 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND MISSION HILLS PARK 8TH ADDITION (90027) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated September 15, 1981, Mission Hills Park 8th Partnership, developer of Mission Hills Park 8th Addi- tion, (80027), has agreed to install certain improvements for said dk-lvelopment- and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Park and Trail Improvements Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Site Grading do Drainage Improvements Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts TOTAL $110,000 $19,000 48,088 -0- 39,268 -0- 21,268 -0- 6,800 5,000 3,000 -0- 300 -0- 2,000 2,000 3,150 -0- 1,000 1,000 68,500 -0- 36,405 3,240 $339,779 530,240 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $57,850 to 530,240 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by G�gg�o�c�iij�_er Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the rollowIng voted n a'var tthereof:N_ayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Thefer and Threinen o owing voted against or abstained: non Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pagstu and aMPTen.
