Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
M Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was s hid on the 11th day of

Coun;ilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 361
AMENDING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
DEERWOOD ESTATES ADDITION (A-784)
WHEREAS, the development contract for Deerwood Estates Addition specifies that
the public improvements are to be completed by December 31, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested that this completion date be extended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the development contract for Deerwood Estates Addition be amended
and the completion date for the public improvements revised to October 1, 1984.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by •

Whereupon the Resolution was declared dulypas�an adopted.
