"Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnelsota$waasheld on the

RESOLUTION NO. 83- 360
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
STORM WATER STORAGE POND BC -P8 WITHIN PLYMOUTH CREEK PARK
PROJECT NO. 207
WHEREAS, a resolution was adopted the 5th day of October 1981 ordering a pre-
liminary engineering report for the proposed improvement to form Pond BC -P8 as
contained in the Comprehensive Storm Drainage Plan; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the construction of an outlet control
structure within Plymouth Creek Park; and
WHEREAS, the City has received notification from the Department of Natural
Resources that the structure needs to be constructed or else the restriction
placed in the existing culvert under Fernbrook Lane; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary engineering report was received on May 17, 1982 and
estimates a cost for the outlet control structure of $39,800.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such outlet structure is hereby ordered.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as
the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and speci-
fications for making of such improvement.
3. Funding for the project is authorized from the Bassett Creek Storm
Sewer Tax District (Fund 101-188-899.03).
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
