Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City
10 Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 11th day of
July , 1983. The following members were prese�ayor Davenport,
Wuncilmembets Moen. Neils, Schneider and Threinen 1ne follow nq members were
absent: none

RESOLUTION NO. 83-359
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
COUNTY ROAD 61/XENIUM LANE UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENT
PROSECT NO. 205
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the utility and street improvements contract for Project No. 205:
1. Add an eight foot high berm through the ravine area at the
south end of Heritage Estates Addition.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the utility and street improvements contract for •
Project 205 is recommended for approval;
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for the utility and street improve-
ments contract for Project 205 adding S2,038.80 is approved and the original
contract price of $1,907,624.65 is revised to S1,909,663.45.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cqun;ilmembgr Moen , and upon dote being taken thereon the
followingvoteanT favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Koen, Neils,
Schnjder and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
