CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a S eCial meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was eld on the 11th day of July , 1983._ The following members were presen yor Davenport, Quncilmember oen, Neils. Schneider and Threinen. The follow ngmem erT swere absent: none Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 358 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - 12TH AVENUE WEST OF HIGHWAY 101 WHEREAS, pursuant to a r -solution of the Council adopted November 15, 199?, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of 12th Avenue and Highway 101 and Peony Lane by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council July 11, 1983; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were stoned by all • owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvements. 2. The installation of a street light at the southwest corner of Peony Lane and 12th Avenue and between 17710 and 17720 12th Avenue is ordered. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these Improve- ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing nesolution was duly seconded by �QunQilmember16L, , and upon vote beinq taken thereo, the following voted In Favorleof:Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, . Schneider and Threinen e following voted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
