RESOLUTION NO. 83- 357
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LICKING - CREEKSIDE OF PLYMOUTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Dean R. Johnson Construction, Inc.,
requesting installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the Creek -
side of Plymouth Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Creekside of Plymouth Addi- •
tion by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed
with the City Council on Duly 11, 1983, is hereby declared to be signed by
the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This dec-
laration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have
waived their rights to public improvement and special assesment hearings.
3. The petittor is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advisino the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
Improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor t ereof:Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed ana adopted.
