The follow ngT—�e�s were— a sen ,i none catinAilmaiaber Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 356 STATEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN HENNEPIN COUNTY AND THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH CITY PROJECT NO. 205 WHEREAS, the transportatZon plans of both the City of Plymouth and Hennepin County include a "minor arterial" route between TH 55 and CSAH 9; and WHEREAS, both plans designate this route as CSAH 61; and WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council adopted Resolution No. 73-35, on January 22, 1973, and the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 73-5-21 on May 8, 1973, designating CSAH 61, and the Minnesota Commissioner of Transportation approved the designation on June 28, 1973, Commissioner Order No. 53132; and WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has prepared plans and specifications for Plymouth Project No. 205, S.A.P. No. 155-157-04, for constructing a segment of CSAH 61 between 200 feet north of Xentun Lane and CSAH 9; and WHEREAS, a part of this project overlays a portion of existing CSAH 154; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA : 1. All construction work planned under Project No. 205 will be com- pleted in accordance with the plans and specifications reviewed and approved by the Hennepin County Director of Transportation on June 2, 1983. 2. The County Engineer or his staff shall have the right, as work progresses, to enter upon the premises to make any inspections deemed necessary, but will have no responsibility for supervi- sion of the work.
