Schneider Wire nen The follow nq members were absent: none Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption RESOLUTION NO. 83-355 RESOLUTION OF CONCURRENCE TURNBACK OF ;,AH 154 WHEREAS, in 1973 the City of Plymouth and Hennepin County adopted a statement of understanding with regard to the aliqnment of County Road 61 and the designation of County Road 154; and WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has awarded a contract for the construction of this portion of County Road 61; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Plymouth concurs with the revocation of County State Aid Highway 154 (West Medicine Lake Drive), from the intersection with Trunk Highway 55 northwesterly along West Medicine Lake Drive to the intersection with County State Aid Highway 61, a point approximately 140 feet west and 890 feet south of the northeast corner of Section 22, Township 118 north, Range 22 west, and there terminating, as described in the Department of Transportation Commis- sioner's Order No. 27368 dated April 15, 1958; and that this roadway be returned to the City of Plymouth to be under the City's jurisdiction as a local City street. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said revocation shall not become effective until completion, by Plymouth, of Project No. 205 on County State Aid Highway 61 and until Hennepin County has resurfaced, with a bituminous overlay, the portion of West Medicine Lake Drive outside the construction limits of Protect No. 205. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by , and upon vote being taken thereon the 0 ow ng voted In favor t ereof:Maayor Davenport, Councilmembers &n, Neils, Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passea ana adopted. •
