Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 353
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING FINAL PLAT FOR "HOLIDAY WEST
ADDITION" FOR JEROME JENSEN, LYNDALE TERMINAL COMPANY (83025)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
"Holiday West Addition" as requested by Jerome Jensen, Lyndale Terminal Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following conditions to he met
prior to recording and regarding said plat:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense. •
3. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
4. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
5. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
