Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the h- day of July 19$3

Cniincilmember Moen introduced the followino_ Resolution and moved 'ts
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 352
APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR JEROME JENSEN, LYNDALE TERMINAL
COMPANY FOR HOLIDAY WEST ADDITION (83025)
WHEREAS, Jerome Jensen, Lyndale Terminal Company requests approval for Final Plat and
Development Contract for Holiday West Addition, a plat for one lot and one outlot
located in the B-2 (shopping center business district), east and west of Nathan Lane,
north of County Road 9; and.,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval; •
and,
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
relatd to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Jerome Jensen, Lyndale Terminal Company for Holiday West Addition a plat
for one lot and one outlot located in the B-2 (shopping center business district), east
and west of Nathan Lane, north of County Road 9 ;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor and
the City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threi-nen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
