RESOLUTION NO. 83-350
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR OAKWOOD MAN(IR 2ND ADDITION FOR
WAYZATA BANK & TRUST COMPANY (83017)
WHEREAS, Wayzata Bank & Trust Company has requested approval of the Final Plat for
Oakwood Manor 2nd Addition located at 1525 Highway 101 North; and,
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, i
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Wayzata Hank & Trust
Company for Final Plat approval for Oakwood Manor 2nd Addition located at 1525 Highway
101 North.
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor and
City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City;
