The following Members were present:Mavor Davenpor ,ouncilmemb -, meSchneider-and T'hreinen --------- following rs were - --none- f.f Colipcilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8.3- 349 APPROVING REVISED RPUD PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MISSION PARTNERS, FOR "MISSION DEVELOPMENT" (RPUD 76-1) (A -31b) WHEREAS, Mission Partners have requested approval of a revised RPUD Plan and Conditional Use Permit for "Mission Development" (RPUD 76-1) which changes the unit designation for two portions of the "31 Area" from "elderly" housing and "condominium units" to "apartment" units, located south of the intersection of Larch Lane and County Road 9; and, WHEREAS, the City Council under Resolution Nos. 76-152, 76-514 and 78-579 approved an RPUD Plan for Mission Partners for the development known as "Mission Development"; and, 1 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public hearing and recommends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Mission Partners for revision to the RPUD Plan and Conditional Use Permit for "Mission Development" changinq the designation of portions of the "31 Area" from "elderly" housing and "condominium units" to "apartment units" located south of the intersection of Larch Lane and County Road 9, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with applicable requirements of the previous RPUD Plan approvals. 2. Final Site Plans .:hall be submitted and approved per the Ordinance provisions for Planned Unit Developments. 3. Total maximum number of units for the two areas remains at 211 units. 4. Development shall be in accordance with the approved overall RPUD Plan which has been revised to reflect the overall adjusted density as described in Resolution No. 83-348. 5. The revised density range is 540 units to 690 units; with 20% additional units (138) allowed for low and moderate income housing, with a demonstrable effort by the petitioner to develop half of such units as elderly housing. The total maximum number of units achievable is 828.
