CITY OF PLYMOUTH
. Pur$uant to due call and notice thereof, a S ectal meeting of the City1-4
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was h6ld on -the 11th day of
July , 1983. The following members were presenti-Vayor Davenport,
a;Neils Schneider and -Threinen;. The following members were
a sent: none .
Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 345
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
TRENTON PLACE 1ST ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate the sanitary sewer easement in
Trenton Place 1st Addition; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was held on July 11,
1983 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851, as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two
weeks prior to the meeting of July 11, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on July 11, 1983 to inform any
and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of the sanitary sewer
easement In Trenton Place 1st Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easement is not needed
for public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the following sanitary sewer easement be vacated:
The North ten (10) feet of the following described property:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said East 1/2 of East 1/2
of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4; thence North along
the East line thereof a distance of 272.25 feet; thence West
parallel with the South line of said East 1/2 of East 1/2 of
the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 a distance of 160 feet;
thence South parallel with the East line of said East 1/2 of
the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 a
distance of 272.25 feet to the South line thereof; thence East
a distance of 160 feet more or less to the point of beginning,
excepting public highway, all in Section 13-118-22.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor t ereo :Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: n n
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
