RESOLUTION NO. 83-342
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
PROJECT 231 - 6TH AVENUE/HUMPHREY ESTATES ADDITION
PROJECT 304 - 41ST AVENUE/MISSION HILLS PARK 6TH ADDITION
PROJECT 321 - MISSION HILLS PARK 6TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions passed by the City Council as follows:
1. Project No. 231 - 6th Avenue/Humphrey Estates Addition
Resolution No. 83-217; April 25, 1983
2. Project No. 304 - 41st Avenue/Mission Hills Park 6th Addition
Resolution No. 83-221, April 25, 1983
3. Project No. 321 - Mission Hills Park 6th Addition
Resolution No. 32-222, April 25, 1981
the City's consulting engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc.,
has prepared plans and specifications for utility and street improvements; and
WHEREAS, the consulting engineer has presented such plans and specifications to
the Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the
official paper and in The Construction Bulletin an advertisement
for bids upon the making o such mprovemen under such approved
plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published
for three days, shall specify the work to be done, shall state
that bids will be received by the City Clerk until 10:00 a.m. on
Tuesday, July 26, 19830 at which time they will be publicly opened
in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center building at 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota, by the City Manager
and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the
City Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid
bond or certified check payable to the City Clerk for five percent
of the amount of such bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
