Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a Special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was h*12 on the
27th day of June . 19 83. The following members were

Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-341
RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 216
COUNTY ROAD 61 FROM HIGHWAY 12 TO 6TH AVENUE
UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted May 3, 1982, a report
has been prepared by Strgar-Roscoe, Inc. with respect to improvement of County
Road 61 from Highway 12 to 6th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of watermain, storm sewer,
bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances;
and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on June 27, 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the report is hereby received and placed on file.
2. That the City Engineer is directed to forward copies of the report to
the City of Minnetonka for their review and approval.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
