HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1983-339v p a CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on -0 The followift mdr6ers were presents Mayor pavenc Schneider and Threinen fff �w !tial meeting of the City Council of Mh day of JUM 19 83 Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its a on: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 339 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING FINAL PLAT FOR GAR -LAR PROPERTIES FOR WILLOW MEADOWS (80013) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for Willow Meadows as requested by Gar -Lar Properties; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does direct the following prior to filing and recording of said plat: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense. 3. No Building Permits shall be issued for Outlots B and C until a Contract has been awarded for the construction of municipal sewer and water. 4. Provisions for a 30 -ft. wide trail to be deeded to the City per Comprehensive Park Plan, as verified by the Parks and Engineering Departments, with submittal of detailed plans as to construction of the trail per City standards. 5. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication with appropriate credits In an amount determined according to verified acreage and paving costs, and according to the Dedication Policy in effect it the time of filing the Final Plat. 6. Park Dedication fees for church development shall be applied at time of Plan approval. 7. Street names shall comply with the City Street Naming System. S. Development of Outlots 8 and C 3s subject to Ordinance requirements as established in Section 9 for RPUD Final Plan and Site Plan. 9. Subsequent applications and development of the entire RPUD area are subject to the conditions and requirements as established in Resolution No. 83-95. `aw Page two Resolution No. 83- 339 10. Street names shall comply with the City Street Naming System. 11. Rezoning shall be finalized with filing of the Final Plat.. 12. Appropriate legal documents regarding Homeowner Association covenants and restrictions as approved by the City Attorney shall be submitted with the Final Plat for Outlot C. 13. A declaration approved by the City Attorney shall be filed with the plat Indicating the land is part of an approved Planned Unit Development and development of the land is subject to the approved plans and Ordinances of the City.
