Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a apecial meeting of the City Council of
Minnthe City of Plymouth, Miesota, �s held on"the 27th day of June 19-81

Coptilmamber Moen Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 338
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR GAR -LAR PROPERTIES FOR WILLOW MEADOWS
(RPUD 83-1) (80013)
WHEREAS, Gar -Lar Properties has requested approval of the Final Plat for Willow Meadows
located southwest of Vicksburg Lane and County Road 9; and,
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Gar -Lar Properties for
Final Plat approval for Willow Meadows located southwest of Vicksburg Lane and County
Road 9.
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor and
City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City;
and,
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cauncilmember Schneider 9 and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In Favor thereor: mayor -Davenpor.t, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneigswad-Tbreinen-
