moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 337
ACCEPTING THE 1982 FINANCIAL REPORT AND AUDIT
WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the 1982 Financial Report
prepared by the Finance Director and the audit of said report prepared by
Moen and Penttila, Ltd.; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Moen & Penttila, Ltd., has issued an unqualified opinion
as to the results of their audit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY10F
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the financial report prepared by the City's
Finance Director and the audit of said report as prepared by Moen & Penttila,
Ltd., be and the same are hereby approved and accepted.
