Counclimember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 335
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A DELEGATE AND ALTERNATE TO THE
MINNEHAHA CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the City is a member of the Minnehaha Creek Watershed; and
WHEREAS, the 1982 Water Management Act requires that each water management organiza-
tion develop a water management plan; and
WHEREAS, the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District desires to create a Technical Advi-
sory Committee to advise and assist the Board in the development of the plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that it should and hereby does appoint Fred Moore as deleqate and Blair Tremere as
alternate to serve on the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District Technical Advisory
Committee.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
