The fp11 sing members were resent: Acting Ma or c nei er, embers'"Floen ;and Nees The following members were absent: Mayor` avenpor fiberseinen Councilmember Neils moved its adoption: introduced the following Resolution and RESOLUTION NO. 83- 332 APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License has been received from Mary Margaret Patterson, 3400 Plymouth Blvd., Plymouth, MN 55447, to sell candy and pop at the East Beach Shelter, Medicine Lake Beach, in the City of Plymouth in accordance with chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code; and WHEREAS, the application has been reviewed and approved by the Police Department; NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the application of Mary Margaret Patterson for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License is approved for a period expiring December 31, 1983. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Co ncilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor ereo :Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen —ams!
