Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
IDvea its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 330
APPROVING BINGO PERMIT
FOR ST. MARY OF THE LAKE
WHEREAS, an application for a bingo permit has been received from Kathy LaBerge
on behalf of St. Mary of the Lake Parish, 105 Forestview Lane, pursuant to
Chapter XI, Section 1105.29, Plymouth City Code; and
WHEREAS, said permit is to be used in conjunction with the Country Fair
on September 10 and 11, 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, that a Bingo Permit is hereby approved for St. Mary of the Lake
Parish, 105 Forestview Lane, for September 10 and 11, 1983 in conjunction with
the Country Fair.
FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED, that the fee be waived.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counci member Moen , and upon rote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof -:Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen
and Neils
