RESOLUTION NO. 83- 329
APPROVING TEMPORARY ON -SALE
NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, an application for a Temporary On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt
Liquor License has been received from Kathy LaBergy on behalf of St. Mary
of the Lake Church, 105 Forestview Lane, pursuant to Chapter III, Section
3, Plymouth Code; and
WHEREAS, said license is to be used in conjunction with the St. Mary of
the Lake Parish "Country Fair" on September 10 and 11; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has investigated and approved the
application;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Temporary On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor
License is hereby approved for Kathy LaBerge representing St. Mary of the
Lake Church, 105 Forestview Lane for September 10 and 11, 1983.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen and upon vote being taken thereon, the

and Neils
