Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 328
APPROVING RENEWAL OF ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING
MALT LIQUOR LICENSES FOR 1983-1984
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor
Licenses have been received for consideration and approval by the Plymouth
City Council, in accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section
1210;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that renewal of On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor
Licenses be approved for a period from July 1, 1983 through June 30, 1984
for the following:
Elm Creek Golf Course
18940 Highway 55
Golden China Restaurant
4108 Lancaster Lane
Hampton Hills Golf Course
5331 Juneau Lane
Heinzen-Ditter VFW Post #E5903
19027 47th Ave.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Copncilmember Moen. and upon vote being taken thereon, the
