The following members were press iinng Mayorc =Rider, ce ounwelibers 10en and Neils The following simmers were a s Mzver �av�nao�r "C0U1VC11Mfte hNi n Qapn _i jm[+mher Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption RESOLUTION NO. 83- 325 AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS PROJECT NO. 122 18TH AVENUE/FOX FOREST IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has undertaken Project No. 122; and WHEREAS, in order to construct the improvments certain permanent and temporary easements are required; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary, proper and expedient in the Interest of the public health, convenience and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Plymouth for the City to acquire said easements; NOW, TFEREFORE,,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City Attorney is hereby authorized to commence condemnation proceedings for Project No. 122 for the following described easements within the following described parcel: DESCRIPTION OF PARCEL: The South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 26, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota. DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENTS: A perpetual easement for public roadway purposes over, under and across that part of the above described parcel lying South of the following described line. Beginning at a point on the East line of said South half of North half of Northeast quarter of Southeast quarter, distance 114.09 feet North from the Southeast corner thereof; thence Southwesterly at an angle of 63 deqrees 19 minutes 45 seconds as measured from South to West 69.73 feet; thence Westerly along a tangential curve concave to the North having a radius of 704.55 feet, an are distance of 342.25 feet more or less to a point on the South line of said South half of North half of Northeast quarter of Southwest quarter of Section 26, distant 392.93 feet West from the Southeast corner thereof and there terminating. Together with a temporary construction easement 35 feet in width lying North of, parallel with and adjacent to the above described line. And '�PY R&I # r M+est lution No. 83-325 Page 2 A. permanent utility easement for storm sewer purposes over, under and acros that part of the above described parcel described as follows: Coemencinq at the Southeast corner of the above described parcel, thence West along the South line of said parcel a distance of 400 feet to actual point of beginning, thence deflecting to the North 900, a distance of 30 feet, thence deflecting to the East 900, a distance of 25 feet, thence deflecting to the South 900 to the South line of said parcel and there terminating. And A permanent utility easement for storm sewer purposes over, under and across that part of the above described parcel described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the above described parcel, thence West alonq the South line Of said parcel a distance of 1,050 feet to actual point of beginning, thence deflecting to the North 900, a distance of 30 feet, thence deflecting to the East 900, a distance of 40 feet, thence deflecting to the South 900 to the South line of said parcel and there terminating.
