RESOLUTION NO. 83-324
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZ114C THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE AN INTERMUNICIPAL ROAD AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT <.CREEMENT WITH
THE CITY OF MINNETONKA
WHEREAS, Carlson Properties, Inc. has proposed the Carlson Center project loca-
ted within portions of Minnetonka and Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the improvements necessary for the development are interconnected
between both cities; and
WHEREAS, Minnetonka and Plymouth have long planned for these improvements, and
their construction should be undertaken In segments not in accordance with the
municipal boundaries; and
WHEREAS, Plymouth and Minnetonka have agreed to the responsibility for each seg-
ment of the improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that it should and hereby does adopt an Intermunicipal Road and Utility
Improvements Agreement with the City of Minnetonka and hereby directs the execu-
tion of said documents by the Mayor and City Manager on behalf of the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
C u ilmembe'r Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
