uncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 323
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - DEERWOOD ESTATES ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted June 20, 1983, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of the Deerwood Estates Addition by the Installation of ornamental residential
street lights and this report was received by the Council on June 20, 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, E_ IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such Improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions
adopted June 20, 1983. The petitioners have waived their right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer Is hereby designated as the engineer for these improve-
ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern
States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
