Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hold on the

RESOLUTION NO. 83- 320
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
1983 SEAL COAT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the 1983 Seal Coat Program;
and
WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

Allied Blacktop Co., Inc. $179,913.30
Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. 187,502.70
Midwest Paving & Recycling Co. 188,618.79
Bituminous Roadways, Inc. 191,520.62
Batzer Construction Co., Inc. 196,431.40
AND, WHEREAS, it appears that Allied Blacktop Co.,Inc.is the lowest responsible
bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into the attached contract with Allied Blacktop Co., Inc. in the
name of the City of Plymouth for the 1983 Seal Coat Program in the
amount of $179,913.30.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forth-
with to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that
the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder
shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
, and upon vote being taken thereon, the .
