Cnuncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUT'ON NO. A3-319
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE. PERFORMANCE GUARANTEI FOR W.W. GRAINGER, INC. (A-854)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for W. W. Grainger, Inc. located at the northeast corner of ?4th
Avenue North and Annapolis Lane, was approved under City Council Resolution No.
78-727; and,
WHLRLAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Cuarantee in the form
of a bond in the amount of $27,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that required site Improvements had been
completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the Site
Performance Guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Site
Performance Guarantee, Bond No. S773511 in the amount of $27,000.00 which was
submitted to guarantee site improvements for W.W. Grainqer, Inc. located at the
northeast corner of 24th Avenue North and Annapolis Lane.
The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
