HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1983-318APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR WAYZATA BANK & TRUST COMPANY, AND SETTING CONDITIONS TO PE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING FINAL PLAT (83017) WHEREAS, Wayzata Bank & Trust Company has requested approval of Site Plan and Variances for a branch bank drive-in facility at 1525 Highway 101 North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Site Plan and Variances for a branch bank drive-in facility for Wayzata Bank & Trust Company subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 3. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with Dedi- cation Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit issuance. 4. Submission of required performance agreement and financial"quarantee and com- pletion of site improvements. 5. Signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance, with respect to height; approval of sign plans as submitted regarding size and design;, display of only time and temperature in addition to business name. 6. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and ap- provals per Ordinance provisions. 7. Compliance with Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fire lanes. 8. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the structure or enclosures, and no outside storage is permitted. 9. Parking is based upon the area and use of the upper level of the building, and the consideration that the lower level is not habitable as defined by the Uniform Building Code. PLEASE SEE PAGE TWO t ` Page two Resolution No. 83-318 70. Complete removal of all underground tanks concurrent with demolition of existing structure and site preparation. The cost of removal of the underground tanks shall be included in the Site Performance Agreement. 12. Variances include: a) Allowing a sign with three sides; b) Yard setback from the north property line of 5 ft. vs 15 ft.; and, c) Yard setback from the south property line of 12 ft. vs. 20 ft. 13. A site lighting plan be submitted for Commission review prior to installation.
