SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED AT
'1525 STATE HIGHWAY 101 NORTH (83017)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located at
1525 State Highway 101 North from FRD (future restricted development) District to R-2
(shopping center business) District In conjunction with approval of a Final Plat for
Wayzata Bank & Trust Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for the Wayzata Rank &
Trust Company to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said
Ordinance.
The motion for ,doption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
