HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1983-316Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its a on: RESOLUTION NO. 83-316 APPROVING SITE PLAN, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT AND VARIANCES FOR LINDA FISHER FOR U.S. HOME CORPORATION FOR "TRENTON PLACE" (81043) WHEREAS, Linda Fisher has requested approval for a Site Plan, Conditional Ose Permit Amendment and Variances to locate two tennis courts within the "Trenton Place" condominium development located east of Trenton Lane and north of County Road 9; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Site Plan, Conditional Use Permit Amendment, and Variances for Linda Fisher for U.S. Home Corporation for "Trenton Place" condominum development located east of Trenton Lane and north of County Road 9 subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Approved variances include: a) 8 -ft. vs 50 -ft. setback for southerly tennis court to Revere Lane; b) 25 -ft. vs 30 -ft. setback for southerly tennis court to north property line; and, 3. Compliance with the executed Development Contract and Resolution Numbers 82-162 setting conditions to be met prior to filinq and regarding Final Plat; 82-183 approving the Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit and setting conditions to be met.
