The following members were present: Acting Mayor cS�n iT&, Co un0en anT"Nei 1 s The followIng members were absent: Mayor Davenport, Counci Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83-315 APPROVING SITE PLAN, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT AND SETTING CONDITION FOR LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR DENNIS BATTY FOR WAY7_ATA EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH (A-555) WHEREAS, Dennis Batty for the Wayzata Evangelical Free Church has requested approval for a Site Plan, Conditional Use Permit and has received approval of a Lot Consolida- tion, to expand the existing parking lot and to construct an addition to the existing Wayzata Evangelical Free Church located at 705 Highway 101 North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hear- ing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, Lh at it should and hereby does approve the Site Plan, Conditional Use Permit .Amendment, and the condition to be met prior to filing the Lot Consolidation for Dennis Batty for Wayzata Evangelical Free Church located at 705 Highway 101 North subject to the following: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum, with submittal of required drainage plans and easements prior to issuance of a Building Permit. 2. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 3. Submission of required Site Improvement Performance Agreement and the required financial guarantees. 4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and ap- provals per Ordinance provisions. 5. All waste and waste containers shall be stored w'thin the structure or approv- ed enclosure, and no outside storage is permitted. 6. No Building Permit is to be issued until the Lot Division/Consolidation Is filed with Hennepin County.
