Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLHTION NO. 83-314
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR DENNIS BATTY FOR WAY7ATA EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH

WHEREAS, Dennis Batty on behalf of Wayzata Evanqelical Free Church has requested a Lot
Consolidation of property located at 705 Highway 101 North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Lot Consolidation for Dennis
Batty for Wayzata Evangelical Free Church for property located at 705 Highway 101
North; and, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidation is approved by
Hennepin County:
EXISTING DESCRIPTION
PARCEL A: That part of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 31, Township 118 North, Range 22 West of the 5th
principal Meridian, lying Southerly of a line described as follows: Beginninq at
a point on the West line thereof distant 195.02 feet South of the Northeast corner
of said Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter;
thence East parallel with the North line of said Southeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter a distance of 439.4 feet; thence South
at right angles a distance of 50 feet; thence East at right angles to the East
line of said Southeast qaurter of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter,
and there ending,
EXCEPT that part of the south 151 feet thereof lyinq West of a line drawn North
perpendicular to the South line of said Northeast quarter from a point on said
South line distant 393.07 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Northeast
quarter,

ALSO EXCEPT that part of the remainder of said land lying within the circumference ,
of a circle having a radius of 50 feet, the center of said circle being at a polnt
40 feet North on a line drawn North perpendicular to the South line of said
Northeast quarter from a point on said South line distant 363.07 feet west of the k
Southeast corner of said Northeast quarter.
PARCEL 8: Lot 2, Block 1, NOLAN ADDITION, Hennepin County Minnesota
To be consolidated into a single new parcel.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
