The follow no members were aosent: none Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its a t on: RFSOLOTION NO. 83-311 ADOPTING THE CORRIDOR STUDY FOR CSAH 61 FROM HIGHWAY 12 TO MAPLE GROVL CITY LIMITS, NEW COUNTti ROAD 15 FROM COUNTY ROAD 61 TO HIGHWAY 55 AND FERNBROOK LANE FROM COUNTY ROAD 6 TO COUNTY ROAD 15 WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council authorized a Corridor Study for CSAH 61 from Trunk Highway 12 to CSAH 10, New County Road 15 From County Road 61 to Hinhwav 55 and Fernbrook Lane from County Road 6 to Cou,ity Road 15; and WHEREAS, the firm of Strgar-Roescoe, Inc. did prepare the Corridor Studv and presented it to the Plymouth City Council. in September of 1982; and WHEREAS, the City Council directed that copies be transmitted to the City of Minnetonka, the City of Maple Grove, the Hennepin County Department of Transportation and the Minnesota Department of Transportation for review and comment; and WHEREAS, comments were received from the City of Minnetonka, Hennepin County and Mn/DOT, and where appropriate have been included In the study by the consultinq engineer; WHEREAS, it is agreed that the study, as revised, meets the goals of the City's "Thoroughfare Guide Plan"; NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT HE_RL13Y RESOLVED 13Y THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1. That the Corridor Study for CSAH 61 from Trunk Highway 12 to CSAH 10, New County Road 15 from Country Road 61 to Highway 55, and Fernbrook Lane from County Road 6 to County Road 15 datert December 1982 is hereby approved. 2. The City of Plymouth will use the study to evaluate development proposals and street development. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schneider, and upon vote being taken thereon, the 0 ow ng votedn favor t ereo Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Threinen Me following voted ago nst or abstained: 'none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
