RESOLUTION NO. 83- 309
DECLARING FINDING OF NO NEED FOR AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT, RASED UPON THE
REVIEW OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET DATED MARCH ?1, 1983 FOR COUNTY ROAD
61 IMPROVE:ME.NTS, CITY PROTECT NO. 205
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Minnesota Environmental Quality Board Rule h6 MCAR 3.0?5-C.? and
the Environmental Review Process, the City of Plymouth, as the Responsible Governmental
Unit., submitted an Environmental Assessment Worksheet for the Project on March 21,
1983; arid,
WHEREAS, the 30 -day review comment period expired on April 27, 1983, and all comments
and recommendations received from reviewing agencies and other interested parties have
been considered; arid,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the proposed development does not present a
potential for significant environmental effects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE. IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does make a negative declaration on the need for
an Environmental Impact Statement for the County Road 61 Improvements, City Project
No. 205
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote beinq taken thereon, t e
