Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
6TH day of June , 1983 . The following members were
present:MaXor Davenport, Counci1mem bers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Threinen.

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-308
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
TRENTON PLACE FIRST ADDITION, DOCUMENT NO. 3802689
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, U.S. Home Corporation has petitioned the
City Council for a vacation of the following utility and drainage easements:
The sanitary sewer easement recorded as Document No. 3802689
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of July 11,1983 at 7:30 p.m.
in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the
time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the adminis-
trative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ereo :Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils___
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
