Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6TH day of
June , 1983. The following hers were presennt:Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider & Threinen . The following members were
absent: none

Co ncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-306
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - SCHMIDT LAKE WOODS 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted June 6, 1993, reports
have been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the Improvement of the
Schmidt Lake Woods 4th Addition by the installation of ornamental residential
street lights and these reports were received by the Council on June F, 1993;
NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions
adopted May 2, 1983. The petitioners have waived their right to a public
10 hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improve-
ments. He shall coordinate the work which will he done by the Northern
States Power Company.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereo, the
following vote n favor thereof: _Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,

. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
