CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinq of the City
10Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6TH day of
June , 1983. The following members were present :Mayor Davenport,
CCguncilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Threinen . The following members were
absent: none

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved Its

RESOLUTION NO. 83-304
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
SANITARY SEWER SERVICE - 11202. RIDGEMOUNT AVENUE
WHLREAS, a petiti i has been received from Frank Chapman requestinq a sanitary
sewer serivee to 11202 Ridgemount Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THF CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. A certain petition requestinq a sanitary sewer service to 11202 Ridqemount
Avenue, filed with the City Council on June 6, 1983, is hereby declared to
be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected
. thereby. This declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes
Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have
waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearinqs.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Enaineer and he is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasihle and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vot n favor t ereof:Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
