Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the I
• 6TH day of June , 1983 . The following members were

The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
move its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-303
RECEIVING PETITION FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
45TH AVENUE WEST OF NATHAN LANE
WHEREAS, Lyndale Terminal Company has submitted a petition requesting the improve-
ment of 45th Avenue west of Nathan Lane; and
WHEREAS, said improvement is scheduled as part of the 1983 Capital Improvements
Program; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has submitted an application for site plan approval of
the property at the southwest corner of 45th Avenue and Nathan Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that said petition is received and placed on file and will be considered
in conjunction with the site plan approval.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n avor thereof: mor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted -against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
