Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held ontie 6th day of June . 1983.

RESOLUTION NO. 83-297
DECLARING FINDING OF NO NEED FOR AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT (EIS) R,ASFD IIPnN THE
REVIEW OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET (EAW) DATED APRIL 151 1983 FOR
"SILVERTHORNL" A DEVELOPMENT PROPOSED BY LAURENT DEVELOPMENT (8?052)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the RPUD Preliminary Plat/Plan, Conditional Ilse
Permit for Laurent Development for "Silverthorne" by Resolution No. 83-162 on April 11,
1983; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Environmental Ouality Board (E08) Rule No. 6 MCAR
53.0038131c the Environmental Review Process, the City of Plymouth, as the responsible
governmental unit, submitted an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (LAW) for the
development on April 15, 1983; and,
WHLREAS, the 30 -day review comment period expired on May 25, 1983, and all comments and
recommendations received from reviewing agencies and other interested parties have been
considered; and,
WHLREAS, it has been determined that the proposed development does not present a
potential for significant environmental effects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does make a negative declaration on the need for
an Environmental Impact Statement (E.IS) for the proposed development known as
"Silverthorne" for Laurent Development..
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote beinq taken thereon, the
following voted In favor ther;;?-.---3 Ayes, Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution way declared duly -passed and adopted.
