Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the bTH day of June . 1963.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenpor ouncilmembe , ei s, `
Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember_S Oneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-296
AUTHORlI1NG RELEASE_ OF SITE_ PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR METRO OMP, INC. (.A-746)
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Metro Oulp, Inc. located at ?340 Fernhrook Lane was approved
under City Coimci l Resolution No. 80-803; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site performance Guarantee in the form of
a bond in the amount of $127,500.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council reduced this bond to $10,000.00 under Resolution No. 82-328;
and,
'WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer City staff has Inspected said site and
recommends release of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Site Performance
Bond No. 865559 in the amount of $127,500.00 which was submitted to quarantee site
improvements for Metro Quip, Inc. located at 2340 Fernbrook Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
