. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meet.inq of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6TH day of June . 1983.

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved Its

RESOLUTION NO. R3-295
APPROVING AMENDMENT OF RESOLUTION NO. 8? -74 RFCARDING A DAY CARE CFNTFR LOCATED
NORTHEAST OF NATHAN LANE AND BETTY CROCKER LANE (80053)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the request of Wallace Freeman for a Site Plan and
Conditional Use Permit for a Day Care Center through Resolution No. 8? -74 at they
February 22., 1982 meetinq; and,
WHLREAS, Wallace Freeman has requested approval of an Amendment to the Resolution which
would authorize issuance of the Conditional Use Permit to the "Learninq Tree Center";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
•MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does amend Resolution No. 82-74 dated February ?2,
1982 approving the Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit for Wallace Freeman for a Day
Care Center to be located northeast of Nathan Lane and Betty Crocker Drive as follows:
8. The Conditional Use Permit is issued to "The Learninq Tree Center" as operator
of the facility and shall not he transferable.
FURTHER, the approval is subject to all conditions and requirements as otherwise set
forth by Resolution No. 92-74
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ncilmember Moen , and upon vote beinq taken thereon, the
following votedn favor thereof: Mayor Dave port, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
