The following members were present: Mayor Daynepor , t i 1 inembef b Moen, N, Schneider and Threinen The following members were absent: none ftt f#t *�f Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 292 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 83-134 ORIGINALLY APPROVING THE LAND USE. GUIDE PLAN AMUNDMENT AND M1XFf1 PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT PLAN FOR LUNDGREN BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION Cn. FOR THE CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS (82066) WHEREAS, the City Council on March 21, 1983, did approve Resolution No. 83-134, pro- viding for the approval of a Land Use Guide Plan amendment and Mixed Planned Unit Development Concept Plan for Lundqren Brothers Construction Company on behalf of the City of Minneapolis; and • WHEREAS, Lundgren and Minneapolis have requested that the Parkers Lake MPUD be seg- mented to provide for two stages; Staqe A, beinq that portion of the development west of Vicksburg Lane, and Stage B, being that portion of the property east of Vicksburq Lane; and WHEREAS, representatives of Lundgren, Minneapolis and the City have developed an agreement to provide for the orderly processinq of the segmented review of the total MPUD, which agreement the parties desire to have incorporated with the approvinq Resolution No. 83-134; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, that Resolution No. 83-134 be amended by the addition of the followinq: "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED pursuant to request of Lundqren and Minneapolis, the City has agreed to a segmented review of the Parkers Lake MPUD in accordance with the general terms as outlined on attached Exhibit A, dated June 6, 1983."
