The following members were presenia or _ even rt oune lmembers Moen Neils Schneider and Thretnen . —TFeFo owinq members were absent: None Councilmember Moen introduced the followinq Resolution and moved its adoption RESOLUTION NO. 83-291 AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS ON THE COMMON LOT LINE OF LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 3, CHIPPEWA TRAILS 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate the utility and drainage easements on the common lot line of Lots 7 and 8, Block 3, Chippewa Trails 2nd Addition; and WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was held on June 6, 1983 io accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851, as amended; and WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearinq was published and posted two weeks prior to the meeting of June 6, 1983; and WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearinq on June 6, 1983 to inform any and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of the utility and drainage easements on Lots 7 and 8, Block 3, Chippewa Trails 2nd Addition; and WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements are not 10 needed for public purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the following drainage and utility easements be vacated: Lot 7, Block 3, Chippewa Trails 2nd Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota: The Northeasterly 6 feet of said lot except the Northwesterly 10 feet and the Southeasterly 6 feet thereof. and Lot 8, Block 3, Chippewa Trails 2nd Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota: The Southwesterly 6 feet of said lot except the Northwesterly 10 feet and the Southeasterly 6 feet thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoina Resolution was duly seconded ly Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the 0 Ming voted In favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,_ Schneider and Threinen The folTowing voted aqa nst or a sta ne one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pastea ana adopted.
