Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r2pular meetinq of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was Field on the 6th day of

Councilmember Moen introduced the followinq Resolution and moved its
adoption
RESOLUTION NO. 83-291
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS ON
THE COMMON LOT LINE OF LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 3, CHIPPEWA TRAILS 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate the utility and drainage easements on
the common lot line of Lots 7 and 8, Block 3, Chippewa Trails 2nd Addition; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was held on June 6, 1983
io accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851, as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearinq was published and posted two
weeks prior to the meeting of June 6, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearinq on June 6, 1983 to inform any and
all interested parties relevant to the vacation of the utility and drainage
easements on Lots 7 and 8, Block 3, Chippewa Trails 2nd Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements are not
10 needed for public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the following drainage and utility easements be vacated:
Lot 7, Block 3, Chippewa Trails 2nd Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota:
The Northeasterly 6 feet of said lot except the
Northwesterly 10 feet and the Southeasterly 6 feet
thereof.
and
Lot 8, Block 3, Chippewa Trails 2nd Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota:
The Southwesterly 6 feet of said lot except the
Northwesterly 10 feet and the Southeasterly 6 feet
thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoina Resolution was duly seconded ly
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
