Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a sRecial meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of May 1963.

Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 93-289
RESOLUTION NAMING THE PUBLIC SAFETY DIRECTOR AND CITY MANAGER
AS SIGNATORIES TO APPLY FOR TRAINING REIMBURSEMENT MONEY FROM
THE MINNESOTA BOARD OF PEACE OFFICER STANDARDS AND TRAINING
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth receives partial reimbursement .for trainina costs
associated with mandatory courses as set forth by the Minnesota Board of Peace
Officer Standards and Training; and
WHEREAS, the City must apply for said reimbursement;
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
that it should and hereby does authorize the Public Safety Director
Enforcement Officer, and the City Manager to act as sianatorles on
application forms.
