the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the23rd'day of May . 1983.

Couggilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RLSOLOT10N NO. 83-286
SETTING CONDITIONS TO 13L MET PRIOR TO AND REGARDING FILING OF LOT DIVISION, VARTANCE,
AND LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR JAME.S AND ROSEMARY FiSHlR (83013)
WHEREAS, the City Couneil has approved a Variance, Lot Division and Lot Consolidation
for James and Rosemary Fisher for property located at 15325 County Road 47 cinder
Resolution No. 83-285
NOW, THEREFORE, Fif IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THF CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the followina conditions to he met
prior to filing of said Lot Division, Variance, and Lot Consolidation:
I. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Approved Variance is to allow division of land by means other than platting,
based upon the finding that the resultinq parcels comply with the FRD District
standards and that the division/consolidation will not present further demand
on the City's services.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
