REQUEST FOR VARIANCE LOT DIVISION .AND LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR JAMES AND ROSEMARY FISHER

WHEREAS, :lames and Rosemary Fisher have requested approval for a Subdivision Code
Variance, Lot. Division and Lot. Coiisolidation of property located at 15325 Countv Road
47; and,
WHERLAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE I.T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE_ CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of James and Rosemary
Fisher for a Variance, Lot Division and Lot Consolidation as follows:

had t part of the West 341.00 feet of the West Half of the Northeast Ouarter of
Section 4, Township 118, Range 22, lyinq North of the south 660.90 feet thereof,
and South of County Road No. 47. Subject to an easement for roadway purposes over
and across the Northerly 33.00 feet thereof.
PARCEL 2.
That —part of the West 341.00 feet of the West Half of the Northeast Ouarter of
Section 4, Township 118, Range 22, lyinq North of the South 626.40 feet thereof,
and South of the center line of County Road Number 47. Subject to an easement for
roadway purposes over and cross the Northerly 33.00 feet thereof.
PARCEL 3.
ai'i atpart of the East half of the Northwest quarter of Section 4, Township 118,
Range 22, lying Southerly of the centerline of County Road No. 47 and lying
Northerly of a line described as commencing at the Southeast corner thereof;
thence North along the East line of said Northwest quarter a distance of 915.5
feet to the actual point of beginning of the line to be described; thence deflect
left 88° 43' to the West line of said East half of the Northwest quarter and there
terminating. Except that part of described as commencinq at the Southeast corner

following described line: Commencinq at the southeast corner thereof; thence
northerly alonq the East line of said Northwest Quarter 915.50 feet to the point
of beginning of said line; thence westerly at an angle of 88 degrees 43 minutes to
the left from said tine a distance of 1316.50 feet to a point 942.30 feet north of
and measured at right angle to the south line of said Northwest Quarter and said
line there terminatinq, except that part thereof lying northerly of County Road
No. 47, and except that part of the above described property lying Nest of a line
and its northerly extension, drawn from a point on the south line of the above
described property distant 274.67 feet east from the southwest corner of said

FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City policy when thy Lot Division/Lot Consolidation is approved
by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon,- t e
